So, I have lost count of the amount of people who have told me they are very good at their job or they are aware they present a confident persona BUT deep down inside they feel a lack of confidence and self esteem. Clients have told me that they know they have a good life and they should be grateful BUT they feel rubbish inside.
These are classic symptoms of low confidence and poor self-esteem. Often the most capable of people are suffering in silence, perhaps because they are embarrassed or they don’t want to admit something is wrong or they are disappointed with themselves because they shouldn’t be feeling like this and should be able to cope.
This modern world is a very demanding and often unforgiving place. We feel that we have to be the best all the time and we have to keep up with media images and expectations presented to us everyday. We have to be excellent at everything all of the time. This affects adults and children alike.
Most likely low confidence and low self-esteem have developed through early childhood experiences or an event at some time in your life which has altered your neural pathways. These feelings can be addressed through hypnotherapy improving and increasing confidence through rewiring the subconscious.
